We are a full-service CPA Firm located in Glendale, CA, and we're looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our vibrant and collaborative team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in handling diverse tax matters, providing guidance to our staff, and managing client relationships. This role is on-site.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
• Conduct in-depth technical tax research
• Review and rectify financial statements
• Identify tax issues and offer strategic solutions
• Evaluate tax projections and quarterly estimates
• Communicate and correspond with government agencies regarding tax notifications and audit inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or concentration in accounting
• 7+ years of tax and accounting experience
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Expertise in tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing financial statements
• Experience in liaising with taxing authorities
• Advanced skills in tax technical research
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
