Note on Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience. New graduates can expect a base salary of approximately $83,000, with the potential for higher base pay, up to $92,500, based on experience.

Productivity Bonus: Eligible after 6 months of employment, with bi-annual payouts in May and October. Highly productive Physical Therapists can earn up to $10,000 as a bonus bi-annually, totaling up to $20,000 annually. Bonus amounts are contingent on productivity and number of patients seen.

Focus Locations: Our primary focus is currently on the Carson City location (30 minutes south of our Reno location), followed by North Valleys (10 minutes north of our Reno location) and Sparks (15 minutes northwest of our Reno location).
